Primary Health Care Performance Scorecard

Primary Health Care Performance Initiative is a partnership of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Health Organization and the World Bank Group. Their mission is to use data to transform primary health care in order to make an impact to people’s lives in needed countries. While appreciating complexity of health care measurement, we aimed to transform the way data and information is consumed, so that key stakeholders can make decision quickly leading to actionable measures. My role is to work closely from key stakeholders from WHO and the World Bank Group to ideate and create a highly visual scorecard that speaks to the leaders of the countries. After numerous iterations, we successfully delivered a simple yet user-friendly scorecard with actionable data insights while keeping integrity of complex healthcare systems measures. This initial art of possible was pitched to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and it was well received which led the initiative to receive additional funding.
