Regional Transportation Discussion Paper

Discussion paper is a mandatory report produced by policy and planning team in which the regional transportation agency communicates the progress and future transit expansion plans to the public. My role was to facilitate design thinking sessions with internal team to align and map the target state with their stakeholders. I also set a creative direction that strategically aligns with organization’s visions and goals. While keeping the agency’s brand integrity, I added enhancement to the visual language such as colours and iconography for the report purpose, allowing the critical information and data effectively visualized, so that the message is clear and engaging to the general public audience. Cohering brand guideline, leading practice in data visualization method and expanded visual assets aided to produce an enticing report that appeals to the general public audience.
